On April 17th, e2k produced an exciting program for the prestigious Castellija School for girls in Palo Alto.
The event explored the evolution of information with media mogul, Rupert Murdoch; Netscape and Ning founder, Marc Andreessen; the former Vanity Fair and The New Yorker editor and the creator of the Daily Beast web magazine, Tina Brown; and the anchor of CNN’s AC 360, 60 Minutes host, Lesley Stahl; and reporter for 60 Minutes and New York Times bestselling author of Dispatches from the Edge, Anderson Cooper. The high-profile speakers shared their inspiring stories as pioneers in both traditional and new on-line media.
The event, held at the Google campus in Mt. View, was directed by Lorie Murphy. Mike Brady served as Technical Director, Erin Olmstead handled stage management and speaker coordination. David Gil provided production support. Meghan Harris produced custom screen graphics that highlighted the theme of each speaker. Steve Whiting created an opening video for the show.
