World Cyber Games

Bill Graham Civic Auditorium, San Francisco

In 2004, e2k produced the largest video game competition in the world with over 1,000 competitors from 71 countries vying for $2,500,000 in prize money.

San Francisco’s Bill Graham Civic Auditorium played host to the the event, which involved networking 1,000 computers, creating live FM radio broadcasts within the auditorium, and producing daily video highlights for the media from around the world.

In conjunction with the competition, e2k produced a spectacular Opening Ceremonies and a four-day World Cultural Festival involving musicians and dancers from across the globe. The theme of the games was “Beyond the Game,” with a vision that the competitors would find peace, common ground, and a shared community experience through elite video gaming.
