World Cup Opening Ceremonies

Rhythm of the World

E2k produced the Opening Ceremonies for the World Cup soccer tournament, held for the first time in the United States in 1994.

The show featured over 2,000 performers, including ethnic dance groups for 22 countries and a performance by Carlos Santana. Titled, “Rhythm of the World,” the show highlighted the power of cultural events and sports to bring people together and transcend political and cultural differences.
