PBWC Conference

Founded in 1989 by U.S. Congresswoman Jackie Speier, The Professional BusinessWomen of California is the largest women’s organization in the state. PBWC is dedicated to providing the skill building, inspiration, and contacts women need to achieve 50/50 representation in the workplace through the annual conference, quarterly regional events, a Young Women’s Summit, and monthly webinars around the world.

Since 2008, e2k has produced the PBWC Conference and is responsible for all aspects of the event, including exhibitor sales, attendee registration, speaker booking, marketing, graphic design, catering, décor, venue design and build-out, videography, and a fully-integrated show production.

The conference also features a half-day retreat of Silicon Valley’s Senior Leaders to address the core issues facing women’s advancement today. The results are reported back to the conference audience less than 24 hours later during the closing panel, marking the evolution of programming into action.
